At Blislis Professional, we take pride in delivering premium Korean hair care products that meet professional salon standards. We follow a transparent and fair Refund & Returns Policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and quality control.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of professional haircare products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

  • You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered products are non

Products Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotions

  • Free gifts or complimentary items

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@blislis.com within 48 hours of receiving the order

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Product photos/videos showing the issue

    • Description of the problem

  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days

  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us

Replacement Policy

If the product qualifies for replacement:

  • A replacement will be shipped after inspection

  • Replacement availability depends on stock

  • In case of stock unavailability, a refund will be issued instead

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
